1 box mini bows
1 stick salted butter
1 large container cottage cheese

Cook noodles as instructed on box. Cut butter into small squares. Cook on medium heat in glass pot. Stir frequently
until it starts to foam, then stir constantly (pay attention as it can burn easily). Wait for the foam to turn slightly brown
and a smokey aroma. Look at bottom of pot, you want dark brown bits not black. Pour over noodles, get all bits from pot,
throw a few noodles in it to collect them. Take off heat. Add Salt, pepper, cottage cheese.

Pumpkin Bread

4 eggs 3 cups sugar
2/3 cup water 2 tsp baking soda
1 cup oil 1 tsp cinnamon
1 can pumpkin filling Pinch of cloves
3 1/2 cups of flour

Beat eggs, add oil, water and pumpkin. Mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix with electric mixer. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Small loaf bake for 50 min.

Baked stuffed green peppers

1 pound hamburger 1 tbsp chopped onion
1 cup stuffing mix 1 tsp salt
1 cup milk 1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup minute rice 1 beaten egg
7 green peppers (cut)

Cut green peppers in half to remove stems and seeds. Place 1′ cold water in pan with peppers and boil for 8 minutes. Place in baking dish and fill with meatloaf stuffing.

Sauce
2 cans tomato soup
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 can milk
4 tbsp brown sugar

Heat brown sugar until dissolved. Pour over green peppers and bake at 350 for 1 hour. 45 min covered with foil and 15 min uncovered.

Veggie Baked potatoes

2 1/2 cups frozen broccoli-carrot medley
4 large baking potatoes
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of broccoli and cheese soup, undiluted
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and black pepper

Place vegetables in microwave bowl. Microwave on high 5 min; drain. Scrub potatoes and pierce with fork. Microwave 15 min or until potatoes are soft. Combine soup, vegetables and cheese in medium saucepan. Cook/heat until cheese melts and mixture is heated through. Split baked potatoes lengthwise in half. Top each potato with soup mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Italian Pork Chops

2 cups uncooked long grain white rice
4 large pork chops
1 tsp dried basil, crushed
1 can Del Monte Spaghetti sauce with mushrooms or chunky italian herb spaghetti sauce
1 green bell pepper, cut in thin strips

Cook rice according to package. Preheat broiler. Sprinkle meat with basil; season with salt and black pepper, if desired. Place meat on broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat about 6 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center. Combine sauce and green pepper in microwave dish. Cover with plastic wrap; slit to vent. Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes or until green pepper is tender-crisp and sauce is heated through. Add meat; cover with sauce. Microwave 1 minute. Serve over hot rice.
